Prices vary depending on the complexity of the design, materials used, and any additional features. We offer a range of options to fit different budgets and can provide a custom quote based on your specific project. Custom sabers start at a minimum cost of $1500 while helmets start at a minimum of $500.

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our custom products. We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for standard items, provided they are returned in their original condition with all included items. Partial refunds can also be awarded for customers who no longer have all included accessories. This allows our customers to shop with confidence, knowing they have the option to return products if they are not completely satisfied.
For custom commission orders , we understand the unique nature of these bespoke items. Therefore, we offer a partial refund of 50% if the custom product is returned within 15 days of receipt. This policy acknowledges the time and resources invested in creating personalized items while still providing a level of flexibility for our customers.

We accept both full payment and down payment for custom work. At minimum we require at least a 35% deposit to solidify your order position in que and begin the creation process. This amount is non-refundable. Any remaining balance would be required before your product is shipped.
